Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026. These are the terms for ordering a visualizer from Reactor Visuals. Short version: you send a track, we send a preview, you pay only if you approve it, you own the result.

1. Who we are

Reactor Visuals is operated by Vladyslav Zaiets, Sofia, Bulgaria ("we"). Contact: zaietsreactor@gmail.com.

2. The service

We render a music visualizer video from an audio track you provide, in the style and formats described on the plan you choose. The plans, their prices and what each includes are listed on the pricing section at the time you order. Prices are in US dollars.

3. Ordering and the preview

Submitting the order form is a request, not a purchase. We reply by email with a preview, normally within 24-48 hours of receiving a usable track. The preview may be watermarked or reduced in resolution. There is no charge until you approve the preview.

4. Payment

After you approve the preview we send a payment request (by invoice or payment link). Final files are delivered once payment is received. If you do not approve the preview, you owe nothing and we delete the render.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes one round of revisions covering colours, background, logo placement, text and the drop timestamp. Further rounds or changes outside that scope (for example a different style after the render is done) may be quoted separately.

6. Your content

You confirm that you have the rights to the track, logo, artwork and any other material you send us, and that using them in a visualizer does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not check ownership and are not responsible for claims arising from material you supplied. We may refuse an order that contains unlawful content.

7. Rights to the result

Your music stays yours. On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered video for any purpose, including commercial use, on any platform, with no attribution required. We keep the rights to the rendering engine and the house visual styles, and we may reuse those styles for other customers. We will not publish your video or use it in our own marketing without asking you first.

8. Delivery

Files are delivered by download link. Keep your own copy; we do not guarantee to keep delivered files after 30 days.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time before approving the preview at no cost. After payment, refunds are given if we fail to deliver the approved files; there is no refund for a change of mind after delivery, since the work is complete and custom.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or platform decisions (for example a takedown on a streaming service).

11. Reviews

Reviews submitted through the site are moderated before publication. We publish only reviews that appear genuine and may decline or remove a review at our discretion. By submitting a review you allow us to publish the name, project, rating, text and link you provided.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Consumers in the EU keep the protections of their home country's mandatory consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. The date at the top shows the last change.
