Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026. This page explains what data this site collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

What we collect and why
Order form
Email address, a link to your track, the plan you chose and any notes. We use this to render a preview, reply to you and, if you approve, deliver the files and invoice the order. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Review form
Name or artist name, optional project name, email address, a rating, your text and an optional link. The name, project, rating, text, link and date are published on this site once we have checked the review. The email is never published; it is used only to check the review against our orders and to contact you about it if needed. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us and we will remove the review.
Technical data
When you submit a form we store the IP address the request came from, to limit abuse (rate limiting). The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, browser type, time) for security and debugging.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner. The only third-party request the page makes is to Google Fonts to load the typefaces; Google may see your IP address as part of that request (see Google's privacy policy). If this changes, this page and the site will be updated before any tracker is enabled.
Your track
We download the track from the link you give us only to render the visualizer. We do not upload it anywhere, share it, or use it for anything else. Source files are deleted from our render machine after the order is delivered or cancelled.
Where the data is stored
Form submissions are stored in a database on our server hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). New submissions are also sent as a notification to the operator via Telegram, which processes that message under Telegram's privacy policy. Email correspondence goes through Gmail (Google).
How long we keep it
- Orders: for as long as needed to deliver and invoice, then up to 5 years for accounting records.
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Email zaietsreactor@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes are also mentioned on the order form.
